The 5 intentions of Quizality
1. To use innovative repetition to improve both retention and comprehension without creating boredom in the classroom.
2. To create a support program so strong that a teacher could teach the course without ever having read the novel. That's not our desire of course, but it certainly is a testament to the thoroughness of the notes, guidelines, and projects.
3. To provide so much support that teachers can concentrate on teaching instead of preparation and paperwork.
4. To choose a character driven novel that had good citizenship, high morals, patriotism, brotherhood, and solid family values baked into its storyline. A novel with characters of similar age to the classroom readers. The General's Drum is a wholesome coming-of-age novel that checked all of the boxes for us.
5. To design a program that generates student success. While some systems embrace the bell curve of anticipated failures, our system does not. Our testing package includes 4 tests each covering 8 chapters and a final exam. Each test comes with a teacher key. Tests are built around honest questions without trying to trick students or use ambiguity to create student errors. The entire program was designed to give teachers time to work with those students that may need classroom help and encouragement.
